  2. Kia ora Jordyn,

My name is Leisha Ferguson and I am with the Summer Learning Journey. I live in Auckland and I am part of the team that will be commenting on your blog posts over the summer. I am really looking forward to getting to know you and reading your interesting blogs :)

You have come up with a great list of food items you would take on a three week sea voyage. I like that you thought of ice and a chilly bin to hold the ice. I can tell you have thought about how you would keep things cold without a fridge or freezer. I wonder how long the ice would last in the chilly bin before melting - what do you think? It is great you thought of water too. I think that would be a very important item to take as you will need to keep hydrated. Biscuits and chips are good as they are in packets and would keep for a while. Would the food flask noodles need hot water? I am interested to know if you have thought of a way you could heat the water on the boat? :)

Keep up the amazing blog content! I cannot wait to see what you will post about next!

    Leisha :)
