Room one have just started the summer learning Journey for the holidays. There were 4 weeks of it we clicked on week one a place to stand. There were we got to choose what order to do it in.

This is the first task I done.  I found it easy because all we had to do was click on the link and look at the facts and go into a slide or doc and put them in our on words

  1. Hello Jordyn,

I'm Evelyn and I will be working with the Summer Learning Journey team for 2018-2019 to read and follow amazing blog posts like yours! I am so excited to read what pops into that wonderful brain of yours and hope you have fun on this journey!

Those are some interesting facts about New Zealand, thanks for sharing! I love the colours you have chosen to present you work, it makes your post more eye-catching, well done Jordyn! Don't forget to tell us one more fact about New Zealand. There are so many fascinating things about our country, I could name one for you right now. Did you know that the longest place name in the world is in our country? It's called Taumatawhakatangihangakoauauotamateapokaiwhenuakitanatahu and it's in Hawke's Bay, a city in the North Island. Thankfully there are no snakes in New Zealand, I don't think I would be able to sleep at night if we had snakes roaming around! I don't particularly like snakes and would be very scared if I met one. You can find snakes at the zoo though, have you ever seen them? Are you scared of any animals? It's good that New Zealand doesn't have many dangerous animals at all. We're very lucky to call this place home. I think the Maori name for New Zealand is a pretty name, I also think your name is beautiful, I really like it!

    Happy blogging,
    Evelyn :D
