2015 in summer they travelled Lebanon to Turkey before departing in Greece.
A year later, Yusra’s courage, determination and strong swimming skills were recognised by the International Olympic Committee and became a member of the first ever Refugee Olympic Team. Yusra competed at the Olympic Games in Rio in 2016,

How did you feel when you were learning about Yusra? I feel inspired and motivated by the story of this woman that overcame incredible obstacles and was so successful.
Do you like the Olympics? I do and hope that they will be able to go ahead next year in Tokyo. I love watching gymnastics and athletics the most.
